I have got pains in my chest and back and im short of breath but im not coughing or anything, could I be in risk of lung cancer?

There are many symptoms of lung cancer. Here are some of them. 1. Hemoptysis - coughing up blood 2. SOB: Shortness of breath 3. Progressive weight loss 4. Hemothorax / pneumothorax: Blood and/or air in the pleural space 5. Offensive bad breath 6. Low oxygen saturation 7. Bleeding 8. Respiratory failure
