I wonder why diaphoresis can be the symptom of lung cancer. Lung cancer patient makes too much sweat?? If so, could you explain the reason to me?

Many cancers can cause night sweats. It is one of the "B symptoms" along with fatigue and weight loss. I don't know if diaphoresis is specific to lung cancer unless the patient is struggling to breath and the effort is causing the diaphoresis.
