You have been lied to, HIV will not eliminate lung cancer. However, stupidity can be cured with lead poisoning if taken by the speed of sound.

Are you fucking kidding me? If you're really that ignorant, then you really need to read and do more research. If you're taking both HIV and cancer as a joke, you should be ashamed of yourself. These are real battles people struggle with every day and even eventually lose their lives to. Watch what you say and how you say it.
