I have stage 4 non small cell lung cancer for 2 years and I never smoked. At the age of 44 I whant to know if what i eat is promoting this fluid or the cancer its self? Thank you

Cancer consists of cells which grow in an uncontrolled manner. When they grow they obstruct blood vessels, lymph fluid pathways etc. See your doctor/surgeon/oncologist for follow up care. They may prescribe diuretics. Good luck and best wishes.
