Can someone please tell me the symptoms of lung cancer please, and dont tell me to search it because I have but want more info maybe personal experiences? Thank you

My Grandfather started coughing up blood.

I found out one year ago that I had stage 4 lung cancer. I just had my yearly labs done, thats how they found it . There were no symptoms at all I felt fine. Now Iam having chemo every other week for the rest of my life. Although I had no symptoms at frist but now alot of coughing and flem .wheezing. chest infections antibiotic don't help my dad had a few before they sent him for an exay and diagnosed him
