What is the oral and IV dosage of morpine in lung cancer patients? Also please include the normal and toxic dose of morphine in oral and IV dosage.

The dose is always changing and getting larger every time the patient request it due to sever pain. They all begin at a low dose, but as the months go on, the dosage gets bigger and bigger. So you really can't state the dosage amount because everyone is different.
