what should i give to a relative with lung cancer to wish them well?
my mom's going back to China and her brother's wife just got diagnosed with lung cancer, what kind of gift should i get her? Are there any medications or food that is good for lung cancer?

Depending on what she likes to do, a couple of thoughts ... a journal, a cd of music that she enjoys, a scarf to brighten up a dress and a lipstick to match, a pretty tea cup and assortment of teas, a very light weight tote (machine washable) to carry snacks, books, a sweater or what ever when she goes for treatments. These are gifts I have received and enjoyed. I have stage 4 lung cancer and hope hers has been caught at a much earlier stage. Many Blessing and happy journeys for all of you.

A greeting card telling her how you feel about her and that you hope that she gets well very soon so that you could do a fun event together as well as spend time with her ...

Being supportive is a good gift. Helping with household chores if possible. Taking her to dr.'s appts. if needed. Fruit baskets. Steamed vegetables or soups are good food items to give cancer patients. Talking to her when needed to be positive and supportive in times of depression are also excellent "gifts" to anyone who is ill. Sounds like you are a very good person who really cares about others when in need.
