Is it common that lung cancer spreads to the nose or area around it?

Cancer can metastasize anywhere . . but in general cancer cells follow the blood system or lymphatic system and lodge in areas like the liver, lungs, bones, and brain. But microscopic malignant cells that spill into the blood stream/lymph node system can go all over the body including the nose .. it's not common . . but happens. That would not at all be a commen thing to happen, but it is possible. As the other poster said, Lung cancer typically spreads to the liver, bones and brain. Nasal cancer is ussualy a primary cancer.. meaning that's were it started.
