I am doing a project on tobacco and i cant find info for x so i came up with x-ray. I was wondering if you need an x-ray to see if you have lung cancer or not?

Yes, you need a chest x-ray and usually CT scan which is also x-ray imaging (computerized tomography) - - BUT - - you must also have a biopsy.

its a special kind of x-ray, where the doctor takes a look at ur cells, if there a lot of the, then theres cancer :(

yes when doing x-ray you can see your lung. x-rays can show you if you have water in your lungs , discolor or even a lump.
